Admission
Applicants engaged in production or service activities related to pharmaceutical and biotechnology technologies may apply for admission to the Incubation Center. Upon approval by the Center Council, successful applicants may complete the admission process, submit required documentation, and sign an incubation agreement.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have an independent legal status as a registered company or institute, or be in the process of registration. Final acceptance is subject to official company registration.
- Submission of a scientific–commercial proposal along with a comprehensive Business Plan is mandatory.
- The Business Plan must demonstrate:

- Technical feasibility, supported by qualified personnel, prior experience, and access to necessary facilities and equipment.
- Economic viability, including market analysis, cost structure, competitiveness, and domestic or international market demand.
- Applicants must comply with all ethical standards and general regulations of the Incubation Center.
- Proposed projects must be knowledge-based, economically viable, and capable of job creation.
- Applicants must have a qualified and specialized team relevant to the proposed field of activity.
- Applicants must possess sufficient knowledge in biotechnology and related sciences.
- Applicants must have no financial or intellectual obligations to other organizations or individuals related to the proposed project.

The Incubation Center accepts applications in the following specialized fields:
- Recombinant Protein Production
Development and manufacturing of recombinant proteins for medical, industrial, and research applications.
- Biological and Fermented Food Products
Production of functional, biological, and fermentation-based food products.
- Semi-Industrial and Industrial Fermenter Manufacturing
Design and production of pilot-scale and industrial-scale fermentation systems.
- Probiotic Product Development
Research, formulation, and production of probiotic products for health and nutrition.
