This science is poised to fundamentally change human existence in a short time, with its vast applications positioning it as the most prominent symbol of human progress this century and one of the most important tools for meeting diverse needs.
• Employment in developing and populous countries is a critical issue affecting all facets of society. Entrepreneurial graduates form a significant portion of the unemployed, lacking basic facilities and sufficient capital to start initial job creation. Establishing growth centers, which have gained attention in various countries over the past two decades, can reduce early self-employment challenges, accelerate innovation, and lead to clusters of small and medium-sized enterprises. These technology-based companies, nurturing idea owners' concepts, create suitable environments for entrepreneurship and expand employment opportunities.

• Since many entrepreneurial graduates in Fars Province, capable of working in modern sciences and biotechnology, lack the facilities to implement new ideas and initiatives-ultimately creating jobs and development-reducing initial self-employment issues is a priority in the Biotechnology Incubator's programs. The center's objectives include commercializing research outcomes from provincial entrepreneurial graduates in biotechnology, creating specialized job opportunities, supporting young researchers' innovations and creativity, aiding the growth of small and medium knowledge-based companies, and narrowing the gap with global advances in pharmaceutical biotechnology.
